Return/Refund Policy

If you find an error with your order or find you need to return or exchange an item, please call customer service at 877-878-9646 or email [email protected] and we will help find a quick and easy resolution for you. Customer service will provide you with a return authorization number and answer any questions regarding the product return/exchange procedure.

Once your return is approved, please follow the return check list to ensure that no shipping damage will occur.

Manufacturer's Warranties

Merchandise covered by a manufacturer's warranty is sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser. We will be happy to assist in obtaining fulfillment of a manufacturer's warranty.

Other than applicable manufacturers' warranties, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Return for Refund or Exchange

All returns are subject to inspection by a Rim O Rama returns specialist and are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Only unused, new condition products that have not been driven on and are not damaged are eligible for return.

All returns must be reviewed by Rim O Rama returns specialist before an exchange or credit is provided. Allow 2-3 business days to process the credit. Please call 877-878-9646 to make arrangements.

Credit amount will be calculated as follows:

TIRES: Credit less all freight charges incurred.

WHEELS: Credit less all freight charges incurred, and 10% restocking fee. Wheels cannot have had tires mounted; please test fit wheels prior to mounting tires.

WHEEL & TIRE PACKAGE: Credit less $30 labor charge for dismount per tire and less all freight charges incurred.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS: Special order items are not returnable.

Orders shipped via Federal Express or UPS are charged freight both ways on refused shipments.

Credits will be issued to the credit card used on the order. If payment received was cash or check, we will refund by check to the billing address.

Shipping and Damage Claims

If your shipment has arrived with a damaged or incorrect item, please contact Rim O Rama's customer service department at 877-878-9646. We will report the damage to the shipper and arrange for replacement or exchange. Damaged merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packing and we will arrange for the return.

Return Check List: TIRES ONLY

Call customer service at 877-878-9646 for a return authorization number.

Original strapping should be completely intact. (If not, ship tires individually. Do not tape together.)

Each tire (even when strapped to another tire) should be clearly labeled with your return address and Rim O Rama's address.

Packing slip with return authorization number should be taped securely on the tire.

Return Check List: WHEELS ONLY

Call customer service at 877-878-9646 for a return authorization number and packaging instructions.

  1. Remove lug nuts or bolts and discard. Loose hardware in the package can damage the wheel.
  2. Secure center cap on wheel or in a separate package, tape securely.
  3. Place the foam sheet over the face of the wheel to protect the wheel from cardboard chafing.
  4. Wheel must be double-boxed (2 boxes), secured and well-protected. Any styrofoam packing received with shipment must be reused in the same way. Please call for new packaging material if needed.
  5. If two wheels are in one box, place good, protective cardboard between wheels.
  6. Remove any staples that could scratch the wheel.
  7. Boxes must be undamaged and flaps should be secured.
  8. Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from our customer service department. Write RA# on the outside of the outer box. Attach clearly addressed shipping labels and/or UPS call tag(s) to each package.
  9. Place a copy of RA in the box.
  10. Insure package with shipper.

*UPS insurance does not cover damage due to improperly packaged wheels

Return Check List: TIRE AND WHEEL PACKAGES

Call customer service at 877-878-9646 for a return authorization number and packaging instructions.

  1. Remove lug nuts or bolts and discard. Loose hardware in the package can damage the wheel.
  2. If center caps are on wheels, secure with tape. A loose cap can irreparably damage a wheel's finish during shipping. Secure the center cap onto the wheel with tape. Ensure that any spoke inserts or other loose parts are carefully packaged to avoid possible damage to the wheel in transit.
  3. Place one (1) foam sheet on the face of wheels and layer all cardboard bounds as illustrated below. Wrap them tightly with tape, a minimum of 6 times. Crisscross tape in a similar way to original banding material.
  4. Attach clearly addressed shipping label(s) and/or UPS Return Service Labels to each individual package.
  5. Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from our Customer Service Department. Write RA# on address label on every package.

*UPS insurance does not cover damage due to improper packaging.

Please include a copy of the printed Return Authorization Form provided by customer service with your shipment. Keep the original for your files. If you have any questions please call Customer Service at 877-878-9646.
